Roast your own coffee!
I have long been a coffee snob so you shouldn't be surprised that I've started roasting my own coffee. I ordered my coffee roaster from Greenbeanery.ca.
i-Roast is one of the best roasters for the price that I could find. Greenbeanery has several to choose from.
I have only one word of caution... ventilate!
